Strategic Workshops Building Confident Conversations
Workshop 1: MenoMatters™️ : Confident Conversations About Menopause at Work
Supporting managing menopause in the workplace by normalising what we say
Why These Workshops Matter
MenoMatters™️ is a practical and inclusive workshop that equips participants with the mindset, language, and confidence to navigate conversations about menopause in the workplace. Whether you're leading a team, supporting a colleague, or building a more inclusive culture, this session helps break the silence and build real understanding. Menopause impacts the workforce, not just individuals.
One in two women say menopause negatively affects their work. Yet, in most workplaces, the topic is still taboo. That silence leads to misunderstanding, stigma, and the quiet exit of experienced, high-performing talent.
The Problem
Lack of Awareness: Many leaders and colleagues don't know what menopause is or how it affects work. As a result they may be by-passing an issue which is impacting a team member in the workplace.
Avoidance Culture: Fear of saying the wrong thing keeps people silent, reinforcing shame and isolation.
Business Impact: Organisations lose valuable expertise and leadership when women step back or leave due to lack of support. Additionally, women may feel that they don't matter nor belong which impacts morale, engagement and performance. Emotions are contagious, meaning this may ripple to your team.
The Opportunity
Build Psychological Safety: Open, informed conversations which normalise speaking about menopause in the workplace and create trust and belonging.
Boost Retention and Performance: Supported employees stay longer and contribute more.
Develop Confident Leaders: Equip people of all genders with the skills to lead with empathy and action. Step into confident supportive conversations.

Workshop 2: Men are MAD about Menopause™️
Strengthening leadership capability across the business.
Menopause impacts workplace culture when leaders lack confidence, language, or clarity
about how to respond. This often leaves women unsupported and leaders uncertain about
what to say or do.
This workshop designed for men builds practical leadership capability across the organisation. This targeted program for men helps them understand menopause, build
confidence, and act as effective allies at work. It helps them move away from the discomfort of this topic, and provides them with strategies to support their colleagues with care and compassion. It demonstrates how to remove the embarrassment and awkwardness of these conversations.
Workshops are practical, accessible, and designed to strengthen inclusion,
communication, and everyday leadership behaviours that make a measurable difference
to wellbeing and performance.
