1. EXECUTIVE COACHING
Personalised support for midlife leaders.
A bespoke 3–6 month coaching program designed to help you navigate complexity, strengthen self-leadership, and lead with clarity and confidence. The coaching meets you where you are at and supports you as you continue forward.

Grounded in positive psychology (from my Master of Science in Coaching Psychology) and informed by neuroscience and lived leadership experieince, I bring more than 2,500 hours of one-to-one coaching experience as an ICF Professional Certified Coach. I work in service of you, providing a confidential, judgement-free space to deepen your perspective, strengthen self-awareness, and make more intentional leadership choices.
