I offer a 3- 6 month program of Executive Coaching (subject to your preferences and requirements). The coaching is bespoke to your needs and informed by my Master of Science in Coaching Psychology which is rich in the field of positive psychology.

As an ICF Professional Certified Coach with years of coaching experience (>2,500 one-on-one coaching hours), my aim is to be in service to you, providing a judgement free space where you can build your perspectives, understanding and self-awareness of your behaviours, emotions and cognitions. Through this you will be better placed to make informed choices towards your leadership impact; one which may be inspiring, motivating and long-lasting. Coaching may include use of psychometric tools, including Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, Hogan Motives, Values & Preferences Survey, Hogan Judgement Survey, Mental Toughness AQR Survey, Strengths Profile Assessment Tool, as appropriate.

My professional services experience includes designing and delivering the Executive Coaching program for Women Partners of Deloitte, coaching 80-100 leaders each year.

Additionally, my coaching extends to leaders within other corporate organisations, and voluntarily coaching clients of Bambuddha Group regarding the construct of kindness in leadership, and Dress for Success.

Pricing is $895/hour plus GST and interstate travel and accommodation.
