About me

My joy is seeing leaders perform as their best selves. When they thrive, so do their teams, clients, and organisations.

With more than 30 years in professional services, including 24 years as a Partner at Deloitte, I have seen first hand how workplace systems shape leadership success and how capable leaders can drift under sustained pressure and complexity.

Today, I bring that experience into my work as a Professional Certified Executive Coach and Keynote Speaker, with a focus on midlife leadership.

My Why
Midlife is a pivotal stage. It is often when leaders are at their most experienced and most valuable, yet also navigating shifts in identity, energy, expectations, and direction. For many women, this coincides with perimenopause and menopause. For others, it shows up as a broader reassessment of how they want to lead and live.

This is where my work is focused.

My What
I support leaders to become more intentional in how they think, show up, and lead. We work together to move from doubt to alignment, from distraction to focused attention, and from reactive patterns to greater awareness and choice.

Alongside this, I am deeply committed to advancing how organisations understand and support menopause in the workplace.

Through my M.A.D about Menopause™ work, I help organisations recognise menopause as a leadership and workplace issue, not simply a personal one. When unsupported, women often push through, mask symptoms, or step back at a critical career stage. When supported well, organisations retain talent, strengthen their leadership pipeline, and build more inclusive, effective workplaces.

My How
As a Professional Certified Executive Coach, Keynote Speaker, Certified Menopause Coach, and award-winning author of Be Your Own Leadership Coach (Self-Coaching Strategies to Lead Your Way), I bring together real-world leadership experience and evidence-based coaching to support sustainable performance and meaningful impact.

My work is practical and grounded. I focus on strategies leaders can apply immediately to navigate complexity, manage energy, strengthen confidence, and lead with clarity.

I also work with leaders across the organisation, including male colleagues, to build understanding, confidence, and capability so workplaces do not unintentionally side-line talent at critical career moments.

Beyond individual leadership, I support organisations to move beyond awareness to action. This includes reducing leadership leakage, addressing presenteeism, and creating environments where leaders can perform at their best through all stages of their career and beyond.

I am currently writing my second book, focused on supporting women to navigate menopause at work using practical self-coaching strategies.

As an Executive Coach, I work with leaders of all genders who want to strengthen their leadership impact and lead with greater intention.

When leaders feel seen and supported, they do not just sustain performance. They elevate it and, in doing so, transform the workplaces around them.

My coaching philosophy
Coaching is a wonderful opportunity to sit within an exploratory conversation with a qualified coach and together discover solutions which support your progress towards your goals. This attentional focus allows you to expand your understanding of you and become more engaged with your behaviours, emotions and cognitions. You become more empowered to choose those which will help you have the impact you hope for, and reduce those which might hinder you.

With over 2500 one-on-one coaching hours I am well qualified to assist you as your coach from three perspectives:
-
from the gut - having been a leader within professional services for over 30 years, I have strong leadership instincts which support our coaching
-
from the heart - I am high in empathy and able to stand in your shoes when supporting my coachees with achieving their success
-
from the head - I strongly believe that coaching should be supported by evidenced based theories and science. My Master of Science in Coaching Psychology, Certification as a Mental Health First Aider, accreditation as an ICF Professional Certified Coach, and Certified Menopause Coach ensures that this holds true.
