Make it easier to start conversations about menopause at work. The M.A.D about Menopause™ Conversation Starter Cards are a practical workplace resource designed to build understanding, encourage discussion and help make menopause easier to talk about across teams and organisations.

Let's talk about Menopause at work using these Conversation Starters. These cards facilitate open, honest and respectful conversation about perimenopause and menopause at work in a Menopause Café,  large group discussion or even in small groups of pairs.
 
M.A.D. about Menopause™ means making a difference at work. These cards are designed to help make that possible, one conversation at a time.
 
There are a number of ways you may start your conversation.

With 6 different themes, you might choose one theme and then select a corresponding card to reflect on it quietly first. You may then start to share with the group and invite people to share their perspectives and experiences.

You might invite each person to pick a card that speaks to something they are thinking, feeling or experiencing. Or you might use the cards and randomly select a topic to prompt conversation in pairs, small groups or around the wider table.
